Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support for all customers and distributors. Provide internal support for Sales,
Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and other related disciplines to achieve organizational goals. Act as
Quality Manager for Quality System in maintaining compliance with ISO 13485 / FDA QSR / CMDR /
MDD requirements.
Answer phones and respond to domestic and international customer inquiries; provide
customer service and technical support to medical professionals and staff; handle customer
inquiries in regard to order status and delivery, product warranty, pricing, specifications, billing
and help desk/troubleshooting.
b. Handle processing of incoming new orders, repairs and returns into order fulfillment system.
c. Document customer complaints in Incident Tracking System (ITS), route to appropriate
department personnel, and provide feedback to customer with regard to process improvements
made and/or service action(s) taken.
d. Maintain appropriate levels of information documentation in ACT, ITS, Great Plains consistent
with documentation standards and quality system requirements.
Competencies/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and 1-2 years relevant experience in a customer service/sales
support environment.
Must have medical company experience
